Many consumers believed that they were buying original products and sometimes were even under the impression that they were buying directly from manufactured. Yet, when they receive the products, they realized that the products are frauds.

With the right knowledge, the consumers and resellers will not be easily cheated by counterfeits.

Forgery and product piracy is a fast growing business that is endangering companies’ image and jeopardizing their profits by billons of dollars. Sales can be lost when customers believe they are buying original product at a lower price than offered by the reseller. Resellers can be tempted to purchase these products and offer them to their customers. This is risky because not only will their customers experience quality problems, the reseller could be caught in possession of a counterfeit product.
